Pretty darn good so far…although it is only 8:30. ;)
I woke up on time, ate a good breakfast, did my morning workout for the first time since I got back from my trip, made my lunch, got ready for work, and I am early enough that I have time to post!
This morning I did some pilates and ballet exercises from the New York City Ballet dvd. I didn’t have the time or energy to do the entire thing but I did do the floor barre, abs, and stretches.
It felt really good.
I’m still really weak but the goal this week is to do my morning routine everyday this week.
If I do my reward is to go pick up my free season pass at the water park.
