This morning, for the first time that I can remember, I jogged for 40 minutes straight! (with a 5 min. walk warmup and cooldown)
I usually do intervals - 5 min. walk/5 min. jog or 5 min. walk/10 min. run for 45 min. but today I jogged the entire time.
My feet are blistered.
My legs are a little on the numb side.
But I am oh so happy with my morning!!!
I came home, showered, read my scriptures, and had a nice big bowl of oatmeal and rice milk for breakfast all before my roommate woke up.
Productive morning I would say.
I start class today but not until 4 so I am going to work today for a few hours.
What a way to start the day!
