This morning I am a bit discouraged.
My life is SEVERELY unbalanced at the moment.
In an effort to complete my proposal and stay on top of work and school I have somehow got my priorities so out of order that I can hardly function.
This has influenced my life so much.
I weighed myself yesterday - I have gained 10 pounds of the 21 I had previously lost back.
Yes I can blame it on so many things it would seem.
No money for good groceries,
CRAZY amounts of stress,
Depression and illness…
Still, they are excuses.
What really needs to happen is that I get my life back in order.
I don’t quite know how to do that right now but I am trying.

In the morning I am coming home after 4 weeks of crazy hard, marvelous work in Jordan and 2 weeks of research and eating the wonders Greece had to offer.
In other words, I lost 9 pounds the first 4 weeks and I am terrified to see what damage I did the last 2.
Oh well, it was worth every bite. That is what a vacation is right? ;)
I am excited to come home and get back on the workout horse. My body is craving (no joke) yoga and serious cardio.
One more day (give or take some jet lag).
Today I started a new challenge!!!
This one is 90 days (which makes me a little nervous but I am going for it).
Last year I started following this woman’s blog. She is a mom and an avid CrossFit person. Her workouts are always different, exciting, and quick. I am excited for this challenge.

My score (with some changes due to me being weak sauce) was: 246.
I also did it at 10 pm. I don’t think I want to do it that late tomorrow.
